2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible physical merchandise under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item is in original condition, including tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied or returned to the customer at their expense.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Limited edition or exclusive merchandise
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage caused by the customer

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping costs if applicable.


5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments

7. Refund Process & Timeframes

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


8. Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, exchanges may be offered based on product availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Follow the return process above
  • Indicate the replacement item you want

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the original item was defective or incorrect.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.


10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to refusal or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer:

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
